If the Client's service is suspended, cancelled, or transferred prior to the end of the then-current service term, all fees paid are non-refundable in whole or in part. The Client acknowledges that GuestTouch, Inc. is not obligated to make any refunds under any circumstances. Should the Client cancel their account, they will have until the end of their billing cycle to use the remaining credits available in their account. Thereafter they will no longer have access to their account. To cancel or change GuestTouch, Inc services, a Client must email firstname.lastname@example.org from the Client email on file to make the cancellation request.
